This costume was debuted at GenCon 2023.

 

The tail of this costume is a mermaid, or trumpet, skirt made of scale spandex type fabric with holographic organza type fabric. The tube style top is made from the same scale fabric with a ruffle trim. The nude middle is faked with a nude colored corset.
